Flooding and Natural Disaster Disclosures
Some properties may or may not have been adversely affected by widespread flooding such as what occured in the spring of 1997 and in June of 2000. If you are concerned about the potential for flooding on a property, contact government authorities who can provide information about the history of flooding and about the potential for flooding in teh area.
